"Exceeded My Expectations"
Matea Designs truly exceeded my expectations with my order. I got a coat sent to WA, but I chose to go for a larger size. The next week, I was off to Melb, and they personally delivered my coat to a relative's place. They were super responsive and a breeze to work with. I can't recommend this small business enough for their fantastic customer service :)

"The jacket matched the photos perfectly"
This jacket looked just like the images. Super comfy and classy at the same time. Matea made sure to send my order quickly so I could rock it for my birthday festivities that weekend. Top-notch service!

"Mistaken Size Order"
I mistakenly got the wrong size and was in a bit of a bind to have the correct one delivered by the next day. The staff member I interacted with was fantastic (man, I wish I could recall her name). She shipped out the smaller size to me the very next day, and since it was the weekend, she was cool with waiting until Monday for me to send back the dress I needed to return. I couldn’t have kept both, but she had faith in me to send it back without any fuss. Truly impressive customer service!

"Awesome support from the team!"
Top-notch customer service. They really added a personal touch by staying in contact with me frequently and even reaching out to Australia Post directly since my package got stuck because of Covid-related shipping delays. I’d absolutely choose to ship with Matea again.
